Twelve-year-old Anna Leigh Waters holds a check for $500 for taking silver in the Tournament Of Champtions (TOC) women’s professional singles competition. Anna Leigh and her mother, Leigh (pink hat), took first in the women’s professional doubles division, earning the pre-teen a total of $2,000.
